Biography

TANYA A. ALEXANDER is an associate immigration attorney at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP. Ms. Alexander provides counseling for asylum, removal defense and family based immigration. Ms. Alexander represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Before joining our firm, Ms. Alexander represented sex trafficking and labor trafficking survivors on their immigration cases, including asylum and T visa applications, family reunification and adjustment of status. Ms. Alexander received her B.A. and M.A. from St. John’s University in Queens, NY, with honors (Sigma Tao Delta), and obtained her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Alexander was the president of the Immigration Law and Policy Society at Boston University School of Law, and participated in pro bono projects including asylum representation at the U.S./Mexico border.
